1 Lb Hamburger
1 Lb Tofu
½ Cup Soy Sauce
¼ Cup Sesame Seed Oil
½ Cup Sesame Seed (Brown)
Small hank of Ginger Peeled and smashed
2 Cloves of Garlic Peeled and smashed
½ Tsp Salt
3 Bunches of Green Onion Chopped
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Place about a spoon full of the mixture on a wonton wrapper and seal it shut with a little bit of egg.
Fry until golden brown.
