Beef and Broccoli



1 lb Thin cut beef streak

4 cups Broccoli florets

8 oz Oyster Sauces

1 tbsp Cornstarch



Cut the streak into long strips a inch or less wide. Mix the cornstarch into the cut up meat. Once the cornstarch is mixed in, mix in the oyster sauce and let sit. Saute the meat and sauce on low heat until steak is fully cooked. Steam the Broccoli florets and add to the cooked meat. Stir together and enjoy.
