Chicken Crust Pizza



1 Can (12.5 oz) of Chicken

1 Egg

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

1 Tsp Italian Seasonings




Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Then on a pizza pan covered in parchment paper, pat out the mixer into a large round circle the size of a pizza about a quarter inch thick. Bake at 425 for 20 min then add toppings. (recommend BBQ, cheese and red onions) out back in the oven until cheese is melted. Let cool and serve.
