Crab Rangoon

--- Standard Recipe ---

 

1 block Cream Cheese (8 oz.)

8 oz. imitation Crab Meat

3 tbsp. chopped Chives

Wonton Wrappers

Egg

 

--- Instructions---

 

Place cream cheese, crab meat and chives into a food processor and mix well. Place a spoon full of mixture in the middle of a wonton and use egg to seal wonton close. Fry until golden brown.

 

--- Helpful Notes ---

 

Best served with sweet and sour sauce. Also can leave out the crab for a cream cheese wonton.
