Boiled Soy Eggs

--- Standard Recipe ---
½ dozen Peeled Hard Boiled Eggs
1 ½ cups Water
½ cup Soy Sauce
1 ½ tbsp White Sugar
--- Instructions---
Mix water, soy and sugar in a pot and bring to a boil. Lower heat down to a simmer and place the peeled eggs in the pot. Simmer for 15 min, rolling the eggs occasionally, being careful not to cut them. Serve fresh or chilled.
--- Helpful Notes ---
You can store any remaining eggs submerged in the remaining liquid in a jar in the refrigerator but they will get stronger the longer they marinate.
