Bean Casserole

--- Standard Recipe ---

 

1 Lb Hamburger

½ Medium Onion Chopped

1 Can Pork and Beans

1 Can Kidney Beans

1 Cup Ketchup

1 Tbsp Mustard

1 Tbsp Molasses or Brown Sugar

 

--- Instructions---

 

Preheat the Oven to 375. Brown the hamburger and chopped onion. Add all the other ingredients, mix and place in a casserole dish. Cover and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.

 

--- Helpful Notes ---

 

You can also add a can of Lima or Butter beans to this dish to make it a three bean casserole.

Whole corn can also be added to add a texture.

For a meatless option the ground beef and be subbed with grilled mushrooms.
