Onion Gravy
Ingredients
¾ cups Beef Broth
½ tbsp Worcestershire
1 ½ tbsp Cornstarch
½ large onion Thinly Sliced
Splash of Olive Oil
Meat Drippings (Optional)
Instructions
In a Sauce pan heat up the Olive oil and meat drippings, Caramelizes the sliced onions in the oil for about 5 minutes. In a bowl mix together the broth, Worcestershire and cornstarch. Slowly add mixture to pan with onions and let heat up for about 2 minutes. Take off heat and let cool and serve.
